Service availability and accuracy may be affected by: Stripe payment processing limitations or outages that impact subscription access; OpenAI API limitations or outages that impact AI-generated content quality; Perplexity AI API limitations or outages that affect research capabilities; Federal government database maintenance or changes to public data access; Network connectivity issues or API rate limiting; Third-party service policy changes that may affect functionality.

AI-Generated Content

Compass uses AI models powered by OpenAI's technology for content generation and Perplexity AI for research capabilities. AI-generated content, research analysis, and grant-matching recommendations may contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate suggestions and are not a substitute for professional judgment. All outputs must be reviewed, verified, and customized by you before use in grant applications or other official submissions. OpenAI's and Perplexity's usage policies and limitations apply to all AI-generated outputs.

Subscription and Billing

Free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial expires. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and service availability may be affected by payment processing issues, failed payments, or subscription status changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service access and are not responsible for any losses resulting from payment processing delays or failures.
